Let’s explore how the customized quote page appears, showcasing tailored details such as personalized content, design adjustments, pricing, and formatting options. This ensures a professional, consistent, and client-specific presentation, making the quote more visually appealing and informative.

It consists of 6 default pages. Add Page option is available if an extra page is to be added.

Quote allows you to upload your logo and banner, providing a customized setup to create quotes that align with your brand identity. This feature enables you to design quotes according to your specific requirements, ensuring a professional, personalized look with your unique branding, enhancing overall client engagement and presentation.

Project details, bidder information, and company details will automatically populate using the inbuilt settings. This feature streamlines the quote preparation process, saving time and ensuring accuracy by pulling relevant data directly from your system, reducing manual input and errors.

Assembly details

In construction estimating, displaying assemblies in a quote provides a comprehensive breakdown of all materials, labor, and equipment required for a specific task or project phase. By grouping related items into assemblies, software like BLDON allows for clear and detailed quotations, helping clients understand the scope and cost of each component. This approach simplifies the estimation process, ensures accuracy, and enables easy adjustments. · Plan Page Reference: Shows the specific page of the plan where each material is measured.

· Edit Options: Allows users to hide or display material names in the quote.

· Alternate Assembly Option: Provides the ability to select an assembly as an alternate by checking a checkbox.

· Customization: Offers flexibility to adjust the quote based on project needs and preferences.

Installation Page

The Installation Page provides a detailed breakdown of labor costs involved in the project. It also allows users to add any additional costs, providing the flexibility to include extra expenses beyond labor. Users can easily customize these entries by adding a title, description, and value, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate estimate that reflects all aspects of the installation process. This feature enhances cost transparency and helps create more precise project quotes.

· Additional Costs: Allows users to add any extra costs beyond labor.

Standard Alternates

The Standard Alternates Page provides detailed information on any additional alternates added to the project. Users have the option to easily add new alternates by providing a title value for each alternate. This feature allows for flexible customization of the estimate, enabling contractors to offer alternative solutions or materials and clearly communicate their cost implications, ensuring an accurate and transparent quote

· Add New Alternates: Allows users to add new alternates with ease.

Exclusions/Inclusions

The Exclusions/Inclusions Page provides a detailed overview of what is included and excluded from the project scope. Users can easily add new exclusions or inclusions by providing a title, description, and value. The page also includes a view option to display or hide specific entries, offering flexibility in the quote. Additionally, users can delete any unnecessary exclusions or inclusions, ensuring the estimate remains accurate and tailored to the project's specific needs. This feature helps maintain transparency and clarity in the project's scope and costs

· Add New Entries: Users can add new exclusions or inclusions with ease.

· Customizable Entries: Allows users to provide a title and value for each exclusion/inclusion.

· View Option: Users can choose to view or hide specific entries.

· Delete Option: Provides the ability to delete any unwanted exclusions or inclusions.

Download the quote

To download the quote, simply navigate to the revision tab where the finalized details are displayed. Once you're on the page, all the materials, labor, alternates, inclusions, and exclusions are correctly listed, click the "Download" button, which is typically located at the right of the page. Save the quote to your device, allowing you to easily share, print, or store it for future reference.

If we want to create a revised quote click on the create button and create a new quote. The previously created quote will have options like revoke or delete.
