Advanced Estimate sheet options

Filter, Group and Column

There is filtering, grouping and column customization options available in the estimate sheet.

Filtering:

Filter helps in narrowing down information, enhancing performance, and focusing on relevant data.

Filter provided option to extract according to Assembly, Takeoffs, Label, Location, Change Order.

Label, Location and Change order are available while creating a takeoff condition.

Clicking on the drop down next to each filter name and selecting the items to be displayed, it narrows down the search.

Grouping: This allows the estimate sheet under which group it is to be displayed. The example below shows the estimate grouped by label.

Column:

This option allows to select which columns are to be viewed in the estimate sheet.

Selecting and deselecting the check boxes alters the view.

Saving and Comparing:

· Alternate – Allows to save another estimate sheet that can be compared later.

· Recalculate- Useful when any changes are made and are to be reflected in the estimate.

· Reset – Resets the estimate sheet and can be calculated new

· Quote preview – Preview of the quote is available

· Export – The estimate sheet can be exported.
