Creating and linking quotes to a project
Linking quotes to a project is a valuable way to organize and track the relationship between estimates, agreements, and the specific tasks or services being provided. By associating quotes with a project, businesses can ensure that all details, including pricing, terms, and specific deliverables, are easily accessible and referenced throughout the project.
Steps to create quote for a project
Create the project, generate or select the relevant quote, then attach the quote to the project within your management system, ensuring easy access and tracking.
1. Navigate to the project creation section and select the quote tab
2. Click create to create a quote
3. Enter a name for the quote
4. Select the bidder's name
5. Select the sales specialist that is already been created
6. Select the template (The drop-down menu displays the template that was created in the quote configuration).
7. Select the calculator template – The estimate sheet that was created and saved.
8. Enter any description if any
9. Click create.

Editing option available
Editing options, such as filtering, editing, and deleting, are available to manage quote templates efficiently. These editing tools help maintain organization and accuracy in managing multiple quote templates.

Email option using quote
We can directly send the quote using the email option. Simply attach the quote document, customize the email content, and send it. Once the bidder's name is selected the contact details will be automatically loaded.
· Click send mail option
· The quote will be downloaded
· Navigate to the email tab
· Enter the details and click send.
Options available for email
The following options are available for editing and sending an email: font color, bold, italics, underline, attachment, signature, and bullet points. These features allow for personalized, professional, and clear communication in your email.
