Email Module

This guide explains how to connect your Microsoft Outlook email account to the BLDON Email module so that you can send and receive emails directly from BLDON.

Outlook Client Setup Page

  1. Navigate to the Email module or the relevant setup area where the Outlook Client option is available.

  2. The Outlook Client screen displays a single field to enter your email address and a 'SIGN IN TO OUTLOOK' button.

Email Sign-In

  1. In the 'Enter Email' field, type the Microsoft 365 / Outlook email address you want to connect.

  2. Click the 'SIGN IN TO OUTLOOK' button.

  3. BLDON will open the Microsoft sign-in page in a new window or popup.

Complete Microsoft Authentication

  1. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials (email and password).

  2. If prompted, approve any multi-factor authentication (MFA) requests.

  3. When Microsoft asks for permission to allow BLDON to access your mailbox, review the permissions and click 'Accept'.

  4. After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to BLDON, and your mailbox will start syncing.

Verify Mailbox Connection

Once the connection is successful, the Email module displays your Outlook folders and messages. You should see standard folders such as Inbox, Junk Email, Sent Items and Deleted Items, and your latest emails will appear in the list.

Your Outlook account is now connected. You can use the Email module to read, send, and map emails within BLDON.
