Lead
In this tutorial, we'll explore how to use the Lead submodule in the CRM module. By the end, you'll know how to navigate, create, and manage leads effectively.
Step 1: Start from the main dashboard of the CRM module. Click the dropdown in the top left corner and select Lead.

Step 2: You'll see a list of all current leads. Use the search bar under the lead title to find a specific lead.

Step 3: On the top right, you'll find four options: Filter, Export, Import, and Create. Click on the Filter button to sort leads by category.
Step 4: Click the Export button to download the list of leads.

Step 5: Use the Import button to add a new lead. You have the option to download a template or select a file. To upload a file, either drag and drop it into the box or click to upload.

Step 6: To create a new lead, click the Create button. Fill in the required information in the pop-up form. Click the Submit button to save or the Cancel button to discard.

Step 7: To open an existing lead, click on its name. You can navigate between leads using the panel on the left.
Step 8: The page displays five tabs: Activity, Engage, Details, News, and Company User.

Step 9: Under the Activity tab, you'll find three more tabs: New Task, Log a Call, and Email.
Step 10: Use the New Task tab to create tasks related to the lead. Fill in the details and click the Create button.
Step 11: The Log a Call tab lets you record calls made related to the lead. Fill in the details and click the Save button.

Step 12: Use the Email tab to send emails related to the lead. Fill in the subject and message, then click the Send button. You can add a signature by clicking the Signature button.
Step 13: The Engage tab allows you to post comments. Type your comment and click the Comment button.

Step 14: The Details tab shows all the lead's details. To edit, click the Edit button, make your changes, and click the Update button. Click Cancel to discard changes.
Step 15: The News tab provides relevant news and information for small talk with the lead.

Step 16: The Company User tab shows all users with access to the lead. To remove a user, click the trash can icon next to their name and confirm by clicking the OK button.

Step 17: You can view the accounts and opportunities associated with the lead. Click on the name of an account or opportunity to open it.
Step 18: To mark the lead as converted, click the Mark as Convert button.
By following these steps, you'll be able to effectively manage your leads using the CRM module.
