Account
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to navigate and use the Account sub-module of the CRM module.
Step 1: Open the CRM Dashboard.
Step 2: Click the drop-down menu in the top left corner.
Step 3: Select Account from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Locate the Search bar near the top left of the Account sub-module.
Step 5: Click the Search bar and type in the Account name.

Step 6: Look at the top right for four options: Filter, Export, Import, and Create.
Step 7: Click Filter to open up search bars for filtering the list of accounts.

Step 8: Click Export to export a table of all open accounts in a list format.

Step 9: Click Import to upload a file from your local system to BLDON's CRM module.
Step 10: You can upload your file by dragging it into the upload box or clicking it.
Step 11: Navigate back to the Accounts page by clicking the drop-down menu.
Step 12: Click the Create button in the top right to create a new account.
Step 13: Fill in the necessary information and click the Submit button at the bottom right.

Step 14: To open an existing account, click the name of the account.
Step 15: For instance, let's click on the ABC Group of Companies account for this tutorial.

Step 16: Navigate between accounts by clicking on different account names in the panel on the left.
Step 17: There are 4 tabs: Activity, Engage, Details, News, and Company User tabs in the center of the page.
Step 18: Under the Activity tab, you can create a New Task, Log a Call, or send Emails.
Step 19: Create a new task by filling out the open fields and clicking the Create button at the bottom right.
Step 20: View upcoming and overdue tasks in the Upcoming and Overdue bar.
Step 21: Log a call by clicking the Log a Call tab and filling out the necessary information.
Step 22: Send an email by clicking the Email tab, filling out the necessary information, and clicking the Send button. You can also add a signature using the Signature button.

Step 23: Post comments by clicking the Engage tab, typing your comment, and clicking the Comment button.

Step 24: View and edit account details by clicking the Details tab, and edit the details by clicking Edit.
Step 25: Change or add information and click the Update button to save changes or the Cancel button in case of no changes.

Step 26: View news by clicking the News tab.
Step 27: Navigate between Latest News, Sports, and Weather tabs.

Step 28: View company users by clicking the Company User tab.
Step 29: Delete a user by clicking the trash can icon and confirming with the OK button, or click the Cancel button to cancel the deletion.

Step 30: View Contacts, Opportunities, and Attachments by clicking the respective tabs on the right side of the page.
Step 31: Open a contact by clicking the contact's name.
Step 32: Edit or delete a contact by clicking the three dots to the right of the contact.
Step 33: Add a contact by clicking the Add button.

Step 34: Open an Opportunity by clicking the opportunity's name.
Step 35: Edit or delete an opportunity by clicking the three dots to the right of the opportunity.
Step 36: Add an opportunity by clicking the Add button.

Step 37: View and add attachments by clicking the Attachments tab.
Step 38: Add an attachment by clicking the Add button.
Step 39: Download an attachment by clicking on it.
Step 40: Delete, download, share, or rename an attachment by clicking the three dots to the right of the attachment.
Step 41: Navigate back to the account page.
Step 42: Delete an account by clicking the trash can icon to the right of the account.
Step 43: Confirm deletion by clicking the OK button.
Step 44: Cancel deletion by clicking the Cancel button.
