Reviewing the job

To open and load job files in BLDON, first, navigate to the job management section within the platform. Once you click on it, you'll be prompted to upload job files.

You can select files from your computer or cloud storage. After selecting the file, it will be loaded into the system, allowing you to view, update, or manage the job details seamlessly. The process is quick and intuitive, making it easy to manage job files.

1. Click on Plans

2. Click New+ to add files

3. Select the file upload option and select the files from your computer or from your drive and click ok.

4. Now the files will be uploaded in the plan folder.

Creating a folder

Folders in BLDON help you organize your estimates and projects efficiently. When you're managing multiple trades, using folders ensures that your workspace stays clean and easy to navigate.

1. Click on Plans

2. Click New+ to add folder

3. Select the Add Folder option and create a folder while entering the name of the folder and click Create

4. Now select the folder and upload the plans.

Reviewing a job in BLDON is a straightforward process. After creating or uploading the job details, you can easily access the job listing for review. Navigate to the job management section and select the specific job you want to review.

1. Drive contains the pdf files uploaded, and the files required for a job

2. Bidding List gives the list of bidder's details already created in the CRM.

3. Email option can be used to send emails directly from BLDON

1. Quote is used to create a quotation for the estimate done. Will be discussed in the quotation chapter

1. Activity refers to the activity done on the project that will be used for reference. We can enter the task name Assignee date and status and click create.

1. New+ icon is used to upload the files required for a job

2. The View Calculator icon can be used to fetch the estimate details done for a job. Will be discussed in the estimate chapter.

3. View plans can be clicked to view the pdf uploaded to perform takeoff

4. Plans should be selected and then the files to be uploaded for takeoff process

5. Supporting documents is used to upload any other documents like specifications etc.

6. File and folder tab is used to access these plans and supporting documents.

7. Trash contains the plans or pdf files deleted previously. It works like a recycle bin.
