Page View & Editing Options

When viewing uploaded plans, the software shows a preview of pages 1–4 in a single line. This allows you to quickly browse through the initial pages without opening each file individually. You can scroll horizontally to view additional pages or click on a page to open it for detailed viewing.

Viewing Pages with Activity

Selecting the Activity button filters and displays only the pages where work has been done—such as markups, measurements, or other edits. This makes it easy to quickly find and review pages that have active work, without having to scroll through all uploaded pages.

This filter is available both in the page preview & List view.

Managing Pages: Delete, Copy, Download, and Move

You can select individual or multiple pages to perform actions like delete, copy, download, or move.

· Pages can be copied or moved to a different folder directly from the project view or even while searching for pages.

· These actions are also available when using the Activity filter, allowing you to manage only the pages that have markups or measurements.

· This flexible workflow makes it easy to organize your work without needing to manually locate each page.

Renaming of pages

In BLDON, pages can be easily renamed to better reflect their content or purpose. This can be done in both List view and Preview option.

Click on the page like icon next to the page name and rename the pages as required and click update.
